Lance came over to give us an estimate for a new HVAC system as well as a new water heater that were each 20 years old.  He explained to us the advances in energy efficiency for these products over the last several years as well as the fabulous SMUD rebates that were available for approved systems. 

From consult to finish, everything went smoothly and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience (customer service, installation, and product).  Everyone was friendly, respectful, and skilled.  Due to the positive experience, we are considering putting in a third panoramic system next year. Without a doubt, we will be using Lance and his team again.
